Clevest Signs $6 Million Strategic Agreement with Sinogold to Provide Mobile Workforce Automation Software for Solar Energy Projects Across China

Agreement signing ceremony witnessed by Prime Minister Stephen Harper during the 2012 Canada China Business Forum 

Today Clevest Solutions Inc., a leading provider of software for mobile workforce automation including smart grid deployment and post-deployment operations management exclusively for the utility industry, signed a strategic working agreement valued at CDN $6 million with Zhongjin Shengtang New Energy (Sinogold) to deploy Clevest’s suite of mobile workforce automation software for use in the rollout and management of Sinogold’s solar energy projects across China.

Clevest has already helped numerous utility companies in China better manage the automation of their field operations through automation including successful deployments at China Southern Grid (CSG).

The signing ceremony took place in Beijing, China as part of the 5th Canada China Business Forum (CCBF). In addition to Prime Minister Harper, the agreement signing ceremony was witnessed by Canadian Minister of International Trade Ed Fast and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. During this business forum, presentations were made by Prime Minister Harper and by the Vice Premier of China, Li Keqiang. The agreement was signed by Thomas Ligocki, President, CEO & Chairman of Clevest Solutions together with Zheng Xueshi, Chairman of Sinogold.
