Clevest WorkSpace is an application for dispatchers, schedulers, administrators and office supervisors to manage their entire field operations safely and efficiently. As an HTML5 app, WorkSpace allows faster deployment as users only need access to a browser versus an installed app.
Integrated maps provide real-time location and status information of vehicles and workers — and the work they are performing — in relation to the utility’s asset infrastructure, helping dispatchers assign resources closest to a job for emergency or higher priority work.
Gantt-style scheduling views
Gantt-style scheduling views enable schedulers to visualize assigned orders and output of scheduling runs, helping them optimize the productivity of crews, equipment and resources. Dispatchers and CSRs can book customer appointments with confidence, as the Appointment Booking module is based on actual job duration and travel time.
Dashboards and summary snapshots
Dashboards and summary snapshots with drill-downs provide actionable operational intelligence to office personnel on conditions that need attention. Real-time alerts on safety timers, lone worker emergencies, geofences, weather conditions and general exception conditions help users make critical operational decisions and respond effectively to emergencies. And the Administration view within WorkSpace allows for easy administrative changes within the same browser-accessible app for improved efficiency.
