The ranking comes after an independent analysis of direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work, and rankings are based on the overall trust index scores obtained.
Clevest had earlier been certified as a Great Place to Work by the institute, based on direct feedback from our employees provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience. The data gathered through this survey has a 90% confidence rate and a plus or minus 5% margin of error.
