Clevest CEO Named EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Environmental Products
Clevest CEO Thomas Ligocki has been awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year® 2019 Pacific award in the Environmental Products and Services category.
“I believe that determination and innovation can solve any problem. Clevest has the privilege of eliminating over a million litres of fuel from our environment every year, and I’m very proud of that,” he stated during the awards ceremony.
Energy and water utilities are using Clevest’s clean tech software to reduce the environmental impact of traditional field operations. By improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their field operations, utilities eliminate paper and paper-based processes, reduce fuel consumption and vehicle emissions, and lower the consumption of energy resources.”
As an example, by implementing a Clevest solution a mid-sized utility company with 250,000 meters can expect to eliminate an average of 1.8M pages of paper per month, and to reduce fuel consumption by approximately 23% (or 19,550 gallons/74,000 liters per month).
To date, 230 utilities and deployment vendors have selected Clevest to manage their field workers, crews and contractors. Combined, the Clevest solution has deployed 35M+ AMI meters, and serves 100M+ consumers through 12,000+ mobile workers and 1,200+ dispatchers.
