Timesheets

Mobile Application has integrated timesheets. All user activity is time-stamped. Timesheets are auto-populated as users complete jobs throughout their day. The system creates:

• An un-alterable version
• A user-modified version

Sheets are typically held for review before the data of hours and job times are sent through to the appropriate payroll/host systems.

Job Costing Data

Once timesheets are approved and submitted the time allocated to jobs is linked to the appropriate project.
