Map View and Map Assignment operates using street maps or any ESRI-based system map.

Some of the standard factors in determining the optimal assignment include the following Vehicle / Crew / Worker and Order data:

All workers, crews and vehicles:

Where are they?
What work is assigned to them?
What skill set does that crew or worker have? Does it meet the job’s requirements?
What equipment is on the truck? Does it meet the job’s requirements?
What shifts are they on? Do they have time to get the work done without pushing them into overtime?
Are they on priority work and can’t be re-assigned?
Are they already ahead or behind in their day’s scheduled work?

All Orders:

Where are they in relation to our vehicles?
Are they a priority? Are they already scheduled? Do they have an appointment window that must be met?
Are they covered by an SLA?
What skills or crew composition is required to complete that work?
What equipment is required to complete that work?
Is the order attached to a project? Must other work be completed before this order starts?

All assignment criteria is customer definable and can differ by order type. Once orders are manually or automatically assigned they are wirelessly dispatched to field workers and crews who will complete the work on the Mobile Application and Mobile Portal.
