Clevest is unique in its ability to link GPS/AVL’s GeoFencing with the Mobile Application’s Electronic Timesheets and Job Costing data capture.

GeoFencing is a term used to describe the creation of a virtual fence around a jobsite. Customers set the virtual fencing distance – typically 100-300 yards. As GPS-enabled vehicles enter or leave the virtually fenced area, the system recognizes their movement, time-stamps their arrival and departure and enables several useful features:
- Electronic timesheets are auto-populated.
- Clevest's MFF application is updated with the vehicle’s status change in the Map View and Worker status list view.
- Clevest's MFF application is updated with the order’s status change in both the Map View and Order lists.
- Job times are accurately measured – and are, after a validation check, electronically mapped back to job codes for billing purposes.
- Travel times are accurately measured.

The image above indicates that a vehicle is en route to the GEO-fenced job. The green truck color indicates the vehicle is traveling to a job; the green house color indicates that the crew assigned to do the work is en route. |

The image to the left has changed to reflect the fact that a worker has arrived inside the virtual GEO-fence. Their arrival will be noted in the Dispatcher’s Map View, Order status list view and Worker status list view. The system will automatically timestamp the arrival and commencement of work.
When crews and workers depart, ICONs and list views will be update to reflect their new status.
NOTE: at each state, users can select ICONs to view order data, vehicle status, etc.
