The result is an intuitive, easy to use application that is operationally comprehensive and completely flexible in its look and feel to handle your wide range of dispatch environments.

 

System Status Viewed in Ways That Make Sense


Users of Clevest's Dispatch see the information they need to see in the format they are comfortable viewing it in. Views are completely configurable by login to suit their specific needs and preferred views.

Dispatchers work using map view and/or table views.

 

This segment of a table view below shows orders and their states. Color is used to reinforce the ICONs to identify order states. Everything is sortable, filterable and configurable - users can even select which columns of information to display and put them in the order they want to see them. Users can create multiple, simultaneous views to suit their various needs.

 

 

The command box to the left indicates the options for dispatchers when they select an unassigned order. Dispatchers can complement this with their own 'drag and drop' assignments.

 

Users also get full visibility into worker / crew / fleet status in Fleet Table View (below) or Map View.

Dispatchers can see at a glance the status of each worker / crew / field supervisor and can drill down to get more details on their status.

 

Dispatchers can see the details of orders assigned to technicians, as well as how much time remains for additional order assignments without moving the worker into overtime. 

 


Eliminate Paperwork & Manage Exceptions Easily

 

All dispatching is paperless. Eliminate all the shuffling and paper trails associated with changes to order assignments and emergency orders. Eliminate all data entry when dispatching to Clevest's Mobile Application. Additionally, the system tracks all changes and keeps a time-stamped record of those changes.
