Thomas Ligocki

Thomas Ligocki

Thomas Ligocki has spent over 15 years in the mobile workforce management industry with senior positions in both product and project delivery for the utility and telecommunications industries. He founded Clevest Solutions to build, integrate and deploy mobile solutions to utilities, while offering guidance to utility executives throughout their business process improvement and transformation initiatives. Prior to Clevest, Mr. Ligocki held leadership and management roles in various technology industries, including enterprise software and service providers. He is recognized for his thought leadership in smart grid and mobile workforce automation technologies, and frequently shares his expertise at utility industry events worldwide. Mr. Ligocki has led several successful M&A and financing endeavors that have enabled Clevest to expand its solution offerings to the utility industry, and has been recognized as a top business influencer in Business in Vancouver’s “Top 40 under 40” list.

Arthur Lo
Chief Technology Officer, VP and Board Member

Arthur Lo

Arthur Lo has over 17 years of mobile workforce automation experience for the utility industry. Mr. Lo has architected and designed a number of products that are used by more than a hundred utility customers worldwide. He leverages his product development and quality assurance expertise to create the Company’s best-in-class product offering. Mr. Lo has also worked with other software development companies, including MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc. (now ABB-Ventyx), and in industries ranging from telecommunications and
e-commerce systems to real-time safety critical applications.

David Rowat
VP and CFO, Corporate Secretary

David Rowat

David W. Rowat has been Chief Financial Officer and held senior executive roles for public and private companies. With over 25 years experience, he has successfully negotiated strategic partnerships, acquired companies, raised financing, formed strategic plans, and developed internal systems for hi-tech businesses. He has served as VP Finance and CFO for companies that include PCsupport.com, Simba Technologies, Xillix, and the Nexus Group. He was also Finance Director for the Canada Line project. A professional engineer by training, Mr. Rowat also earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Doug Engerman
SVP Global Sales and Marketing

Doug Engerman

With more than two decades of experience in executive roles at companies focused on wireless applications and mobile resource management solutions, Mr. Engerman brings extensive industry and market knowledge to his role at Clevest. Considered a pioneer in the wireless applications industry, he has held positions as Vice President at SageQuest (a FleetMatics company) and President of Broadband Management Solutions at C-COR Inc. (now Arris: ARRS). He was also a Senior Vice President at MDSI Mobile Data Solutions (now ABB-Ventyx).

Garnik Bobloyan
VP Engineering

Garnik Bobloyan

Garnik Bobloyan has worked in the software industry for more than 25 years and has extensive management and technical experience in software applications and mobile communication systems. He has held several senior management positions in the past 18 years, including Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Application Software. Mr. Bobloyan has previously worked with MDSI Mobile Data Solutions (now ABB-Ventyx),
e-Dispatch, Digital Dispatch, Motorola, MDI, and WebTech Wireless.

Harry Ross

Harry Ross, VP Client Services, Clevest Solutions

Harry Ross has over 20 years experience delivering software services and solutions globally to utility, telecommunications and oil pipeline transmission industries. Focused on ensuring delivery teams are enabled and business needs are met, Mr. Ross has managed large scale implementation and integration projects and been responsible for leading a multi-national delivery practice. Mr. Ross has previously held positions at Sandwell Engineering (now Ausenco), MDSI Mobile Data Solutions (now ABB Ventyx), Electronic Arts and Oracle.

Lily Ligocki has spent more than 10 years in high profile roles designing, deploying and supporting customers around the world with mobile workforce automation products, related services and third party tools across a variety of industries including telecommunications and utilities. In addition to her mobile solutions expertise, Ms. Ligocki has experience in
e-commerce, search engine optimization, real-time safety critical software experience and customer care.

Trevor St. Germain
VP Asset Investment Planning

Trevor St. Germain

Trevor St. Germain has 11 years experience in developing applications for the utility industry that align with business objectives in the areas of asset management, capital planning and decision support. He combines his experience as a professional engineer and entrepreneur to develop technical solutions to increase enterprise value. Prior to joining Clevest, Mr. St. Germain co-founded and held senior management positions with Axia Software, Acclaro Management and MTT Technologies.

Susan Huether
Corporate Standards and Policy Officer

Susan Huether

Susan Huether has over 24 years experience as a project manager in the workforce management and telecom sectors. In her role as Corporate Standards and Policy Officer, she is responsible for measuring and improving on the company’s processes, systems and policies as well as customer satisfaction. Prior to this role Ms. Huether was responsible for Clevest’s professional services for implementations at worldwide utilities. Previously, she held positions at Accenture (formerly Anderson Consulting), Ventyx (formerly MDSI Mobile Data Solutions) and Nortel.
